Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we may contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates – Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping for orders above Rs.999 is Free for all articles. Total shipping costs for orders below Rs.999 is Rs.100 only.
- Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer – there are no hidden costs.
- Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only. For delivery required outside India, kindly contact us.
- Shipping for all orders above Rs. 999 will be through Delhivery or similar reliable couriers. Orders below Rs. 999 will be shipped by India Post by default.
- Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced by Delhivery will be shipped through India Post, irrespective of the order value, at the sole discretion of Draw more.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – You can pay by cash on delivery in all Indian cities and towns, for an additional cost of Rs. 150 per order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking – You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Period of Delivery – The normal period for courier delivery is between 2 to 5 business days of shipment. However, Draw more does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as, Flight delays, remote locations, etc. Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.
Taxes – Prices quoted in your shopping cart are inclusive of GST.
Damages – Draw more is fully committed to the safe and timely delivery of your order. In case of any damage to the ordered items in transit, contact us with the order details immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the insurance company.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery – We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Draw More will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments – If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
